High technology today and that which is coming has been foreseen for sometime. We must educate ourselves and our children for generations to come. Being prepared to handle shifts and cope is of the utmost importance. Fear stifles. We must keep our minds open for great possibilities.

We must move forward, creating empowering results and solutions to challenges. We must work together to advance as a people, as a whole. Keeping our humanity and love intact. We truly all are one.

With different groups telling you different frightening stories . . . there’s not enough, you’re doomed. Disease is taking over, sickness, death will consume you. Murder is spreading like wildfire. What are you going to do? Where are you going to go? Planet Earth, some call it ‘hell on earth’, others’ call it ‘heaven on earth’. How do we make it better? How do we come together?
A key solution is to create focus and awareness on our strengths collectively and individually.

Let’s develop and have group sessions all over the world educating from the youngest to the eldest training leadership skills, coping skills, anger management skills. What’s new is that we’ll actually be working together in a mass effort to make change that does make a difference. I like to think of it as a movement. It is a movement. Let’s be healthy from deep within teaching our babies from infancy, better yet teaching them from conception, even before conception preparing their way.

Let’s take responsibility for our part and contributions to our planet remembering cause and effect. Every cause has an effect. Every choice has a consequence. If we walk into a room, a space, a place, let’s make it better before we leave. Let’s each do our part, that’s what it will take. That’s a start! It’s just that simple. We have much to do. However, we are a strong people, resilient, powerful. We can do anything we put our mind to.

Proactive Lifestyle by Gigi Iam

Are you living or are you dying? Wake up and make a decision today. If you are for Life keep reading, if you are for Death, keep reading anyway and maybe you just might change your mind and step over into Life, and really live.

Proactive living is a lifestyle. It is the kind of lifestyle that takes real commitment in order to really live it, and live it well. You’ll need to make a clear choice, and commit to living it. Proactive living is living without regrets. Proactive living is taking responsibility for your life and everything that happens in your life.

Yeah, yeah, yeah people have problems. Stop dwelling on the problem and focus on the solutions. Stop making excuses and blaming everything bad that happens to you in your life on someone or something else.

Okay, so maybe I can be a little sweeter in making my point, however this is a matter of Life and Death! I wanted to get your attention. Why you ask? Because I want you to choose a Proactive Life. Let’s break it down. Basically proactive means creating or controlling a situation rather than just responding to it. The British act on wit, whereas Americans act on emotions. Now don’t get me wrong, emotions are a good thing, what we must learn to use with our emotions is choice. No one can live your life better than you can. No one else’s life is better than your own. It is all within your perception. How do you see thing’s? How do you see your life? How do you see yourself? Do you see the cup half-full or half-empty?

Okay, so you had a hard childhood. Ninety percent of most of the world have had a rough childhood and or worst. As a person who can now choose to have a better life, wouldn’t you choose to have a better life now?

Living life without regrets means to forgive yourself and other’s who have hurt you as you have perceived them to hurt you. Begin to enjoy life by celebrating and being grateful for your very life, and all that has happened in your life. Think of your family and friends, think of those that have been there for you. Even those that seem to have been hard on you or possibly abused you, because what they have also done is built you up to be stronger without even realizing it. Remember pay back’s a bitch and you don’t even have to lift a finger. That’s not your job. Your job is to live a full life and live it the best that you can without regret.

Proactive living is just that. Doing what you love, going where you want to go, being who you want to be...yourself. You know you are living without regret when you are alive and enthralled with the engagement of the Dance of Life. You’re enthusiastic, alert and in motion actively living your life to the fullest.

Strategies for Proactive Living:

1.) Commit Yourself to Proactive Living

2.) Realize past Pro-actions and make a list of things you’ve done that worked out for you and what your part was in making that happen.

3.) Have a zero tolerance to self-abuse, self-degradation and other’s who would attempt to misuse you in any way. You can live without that, and live well.

4.) Notice the qualities of other Proactive people, these are the people you want to befriend. These are the people you want around you and in your life. Build your own support system with others living a Proactive Lifestyle.

5.) Be aware of when you are most Proactive and replay these moments in your mind whenever you’re low on energy for a quick pick me up.

6.) Start where you are. It doesn’t matter where you are in your life you can choose to be Proactive right now.

7.) Think Proactive living, be it, feel it, live it.

8.) Bring Proactive living into all your relationships be it personal or professional. Breath it.

Now start living your new lifestyle, and as you do, make no excuses. Be true to you, and as you live this way notice your perception, notice what’s different, notice what’s better in your life. You’ll find that you’ll want to share it with the world.
